Sprinkler Inspection

We are finishing up the sprinkler inspections today! We will be doing buildings 10, 11, 12, 13 & 14. Thank you for your patience and corroperation. Hope everyone has a great weekend. :)

The Water outage has been fixed!

Crazy night last night! Thank you for everyone's patience and a big thanks to JEA for restoring the water in a timely manner.

UPDATE WATER!!

There was an accident a car hit the main pipe in the 


area. The whole Bartram area is out of water. Water 


should be back on by the morning. JEA is working on it 


right now!!

Water Outage!!

There is a water outage at the whole property JEA has 


been contacted they will be out by 11:08 pm tonight.

Annual Fire Sprinkler Inspection!

Fire Sprinkler Inspections are TODAY through Friday. We will be inspecting Buildings 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. We will let you know if we will be inspecting additional buildings today. Also rememeber that we will be testing the outside equipment (lights and alarms) on Monday, October 31.

Fire Sprinkler Inspection Re-Scheduled

Happy Monday Indigo! Feel free to stop by and have a cup of coffee on this beautiful morning.

REMINDER: Our Annual Fire Sprinkler Inspection has been re-scheduled to this week. They will be held from Wednesday, October 26 to Friday, October 28. On Monday, October 31, they will be testing the fire alarms in our buildings, so expect to hear the alarms going off. Please remember to secure all of your pets and call if you have any questions.
