Pest Control Routine Update

Good morning Indigo!
Just a quick update on pest control: The exterior of each apartment will still be sprayed on a quarterly schedule, but the inside of the apartments will only be sprayed by request. A Greener Image will continue to be here every Friday, so let us know if you ever have an issue and we can get them out for you!

Enhancement Update!!!

Enhancement Update:

Building 14 is being pressure washed tomorrow… the shutters will also be painted on that building as well...  This should be complete by the end of the day Friday.

1 - Clean Filters Save Energy by Reducing Operating Cost!

You recall how hard it was for you to take a breath with the towel over your mouth? In a very similar way, every other component of your HVAC mechanical system needs to work harder to move air as well! This extra effort expends more energy, making it less efficient!

Your HVAC system is designed to operate with spefici ranges of CFM of air. When your air filter is blocked up, the system cannot produce enough airflow, which will result in colder air coming from your vents, but in lower volume and only until it freezes the coil!

Office Closed Wednesday January 18th, 2012

Just a friendly notice that our office will be closed ALL day for staff training on Wednesday, January 18th, 2012. Maintenance will be on site and you can contact them by dialing the office at (904) 268-1966 and pressing "2" for the maintenance line. You may call this line for all work orders needing to be placed that day, whether it is an emergency or not. Unfortunately, maintenance will be unable to give you access to any mail/packages in our office. We will be re-open at 8:30am on Thursday, January 19th, 2012 if you wish to retrieve your packages then. Thanks Indigo!
