Trivia was a great success!!!  Great times had by all!  We missed seeing a lot of your faces but hopefully you can make it to the next event!!!

Enhancement Update!!!

Enhancement Update:

Building 14 is being pressure washed tomorrow… the shutters will also be painted on that building as well...  This should be complete by the end of the day Friday. 

Thank you Indigo for your patience with these enhancements!  We know that this can be inconvenient but we just want you to know we appreciate your understanding and corporation!!!

Lost Camera

One of our amazing residents found a camera and turned it into the office.  If you lost a camera please contact the office! 

Enhancement Update!!!

Enhancement Updates:

We are running ahead of schedule with pressure washing, all buildings will be done by the end of the day.

The painting of the post for building 14 and 15 will be done today, and 12 and 13 will start tomorrow.

Buildings 1-6 have been caulked…
Buildings 1-7, 14, and 15 have been power washed…
Buildings 1-5 have been primed for painting…
Building 1 painting will be done today…

Building 3 is currently being power washed and Building 1 is being caulked…

So as you see we are a little behind schedule… We are sorry for the inconvenience…

We hope to have the repairs caught up tomorrow!
