Enhancements Update!!!

Enhancement Update:
Buildings 1-6 have been caulked…
Buildings 1-7, 14, and 15 have been power washed…
Buildings 1-5 have been primed for painting…
Building 1 painting will be done today… 
Once again thank you for your continued patience and corporation during the enhancement of our community!

UPDATE on Property Enhancements!

Good morning Indigo residents! We will begin painting the patio posts starting with building 2 today. We hope to get through to building 5. Remember to keep your patios clear during the work that is being done. Stay tuned for more updates.

The stair well painting continues as scheduled.

Another Quick Update

Hello Indigo!  Just want to give everyone a quick update on the work being done around the property:

We are currently on schedule with the pressure washing…

Buildings 1-6 have been caulked…

We are hoping to complete the painting on the patios for building 2 through 5 tomorrow…

Please keep your patios clear during your scheduled times for the work that is being done…

Hello Indigo!  Update on the renovations to the patios...

Building 3 is currently being power washed and Building 1 is being caulked…

So as you see we are a little behind schedule… We are sorry for the inconvenience…

We hope to have the repairs caught up tomorrow!
