It's that time again! Rent is due. If you have recently moved in, or renewed, please remember to check when your rent is due! Check out rentpayment.com and you'll be able to pay online with either a credit card ($20 processing fee) or an e-check (at no charge!). If you do pay it online, be sure to do it a few days in advance to give it time to clear! And don't forget, you can always swing by the office to say hi!

Missed you all at Trivia Night!

Trivia was a great success!!!  Great times had by all!  We missed seeing a lot of your faces but hopefully you can make it to the next event!!!
This is going to be a great weekend to head to the beach!  Or if you're like me and sand just isn't your thing...  our pool and sundeck is also amazing this time of year!
