Pest Control Routine Update

Good morning Indigo!
Just a quick update on pest control: The exterior of each apartment will still be sprayed on a quarterly schedule, but the inside of the apartments will only be sprayed by request. A Greener Image will continue to be here every Friday, so let us know if you ever have an issue and we can get them out for you!

Fitness Center repairs!

Hello Indigo! Quick update on the Fitness Center: we have ordered the parts for the treadmills. As soon as they are up and running we will let everyone know!

The World of Nations in Downtown Jax!

I am so excited about the World of Nations!  I like to go to every booth and try all the varieties of different foods and find out about all the different cultures we have in the world!  I hope to run into some of you in Metro Park this weekend!  It is going to be beautiful on Saturday but rainy on Sunday so be careful Indigo!

Check out rentpayment.com and you'll be able to pay online with either a credit card ($20 processing fee) or an e-check (at no charge!). If you do pay it online, be sure to do it a few days in advance to give it time to clear! And don't forget, you can always swing by the office to say hi!
