Support Breast Cancer Awareness in May

About 1 in 8 women in the United States (12%) will develop invasive breast cancer over the course of her lifetime accoring to breastcancer.org. In the United States breast cancer death rates are highest than any other form of cancer besides lung cancer. Help contribute for such a cause by running/walking the Donna 5K in the month of May..

Rent Payments

Indigo Residents:

Please remember that Rent is due on the 1st of each month. You also have a grace period until the 5th each month to pay.

If you pay after the 5th you will owe a $50 late fee plus $5 each day until your rent is paid. If your rent is going to be late please contact the leasing office to speak with the Assistant Manager or Manager to make arrangements.
