With Disney Pixar's Cars 2 now playing in theaters, I thought it would be fitting to share that today in 1985 Route 66 was decertified. So the heart to heart moment that Sally & Lightning McQueen have in the original movie has some historical merrit.

Rent Payments

Indigo Residents:

Please remember that Rent is due on the 1st of each month. You also have a grace period until the 5th each month to pay.

If you pay after the 5th you will owe a $50 late fee plus $5 each day until your rent is paid. If your rent is going to be late please contact the leasing office to speak with the Assistant Manager or Manager to make arrangements.

-Money Order/Certified Funds
