Office Hours


Indigo is open during the following hours:

Monday through Friday 8:30Am to 6:00PM

Saturday 10:00AM to 5:00PM

Sunday: 1:00PM to 5:00PM

Rent Payments

Indigo Residents:

Please remember that Rent is due on the 1st of each month. You also have a grace period until the 5th each month to pay.

If you pay after the 5th you will owe a $50 late fee plus $5 each day until your rent is paid. If your rent is going to be late please contact the leasing office to speak with the Assistant Manager or Manager to make arrangements.

Rent payments are accepted in the following form:

-Check
-Money Order/Certified Funds
-Payment via http://www.rentpayment.com/
